What is OpsMesa and who is it for?

OpsMesa is business operations software and an AI-assisted operations manager for businesses, commercial properties, facilities, service businesses, and multi-location operators. It connects requests, assets, vendors, quotes, work, schedules, invoices, final costs, and follow-up in one workspace.

Is Ops Mesa the same as OpsMesa?

Yes. OpsMesa is the official brand styling. "Ops Mesa" is a spaced search for the same operations software at opsmesa.com.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 30-day free trial starts without a payment method and includes the core operations workspace. It does not include AI tools.

What happens after the trial?

Your account pauses until you choose a paid plan. If you activate a paid plan during the trial, billing begins immediately for that plan.

Which plans include AI tools?

AI tools require an active paid Standard subscription. They are not included in the free trial or Starter plan.

Does OpsMesa collect payments from my customers?

No. OpsMesa helps you create and organize customer invoice records. You collect customer payments using your own preferred method outside OpsMesa.

Does OpsMesa replace accounting software?

No. OpsMesa organizes operational records and exports. Use dedicated accounting and tax software for official bookkeeping and reporting.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel through the in-app Billing Portal. Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
